Far from me the thought of having you change anything other than your natural inclination. The proof is in your painting to paraphrase a pudding sentence! lol

And don't worry about getting too close to photorealism: there is such warmth and presence in your art that it exudes through every (invisible) pore you paint. (sounds corny just writing it, but it's just a french expression meaning it comes through strongly yet almost invisibly from the fabric itself of your painting).
Just made me think of two verses from this beautiful song by Don McLean, Vincent:
"Weathered faces lined in pain
Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand"
Not that it is the subject of your art, but is depicts very well the secret alchemy that lies at the heart of an artist's work.
Again, thank you very very much for sharing and offering us your emotions. And though I do sound at times a little dramatic or excessive in my praises, I have seldom perceived such feelings and been so moved as I do with some of your paintings.
